When your fine art print arrives.
Some important tips:
1.If your print comes in a tube, please open it with care. Slowly remove tape from one of the ends to reveal the cap. Simply pull the cap off and pull out your rolled print.
2.Carefully remove any wrapping around the print making sure not to cut, dent or damage the print itself. Some of our print providers over-wrap before they send it out – and you might find it hard to unwrap. If so, we highly suggest that you take it to your framer and let them unwrap it for you – they do this all the time.
3.Take a look at the print to make sure you’re happy with it.
It’s very rare that we get prints returned: But if for any reason you need to return the print, please email us as soon as possible so we can get a return set up for you. Please note: We have a 15 day return policy with our prints.
4.Take your print to your favorite framer and have fun picking out a frame that will complement your decor.
5.Hang your framed print in just the right place, and enjoy it for years to come!
