Print quality and details
What kind of paper is used for your art prints?
Red River Polar and Epson Hot Press fine art papers are used depending on the the item you purchase. Both are very fine papers and will last for generations.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Each print has the artists signature on the bottom right of the print.
Do prints come matted or framed?
No, Strazza Art Studio does not offer framing or matting for prints at this time.
Do you release new prints?
Yes, we periodically release new prints a few times a year. Check the website and/or follow us on social media to see when they become available.

Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
When you check out you will see the price of shipping and any shipping options that are available. We sometimes offer FREE shipping during promotional offers.
Which shipping providers/couriers do you use?
We currently use USPS and UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Each print is made to order and handled with care in our own studio. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out within 5 business days of your order and then shipping time is as follows:
USA – 5 to 15 business days
You will receive an order confirmation. If for any reason you did not get a purchase confirmation, don’t worry, check your spam folder, and if it’s not there – email at info@strazzaartstudio with information about your order and we will confirm it with you.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier that you can use to track your shipment.
Please refer to the standard shipping timelines above. If you haven’t received your order within your destination’s timeline please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will help you track your shipment delay.
Is local pickup available?
Yes – local pickup is available in Southport NC on original paintings only (not fine art prints). If you purchase an original painting, arrangements for pick up or shipping can be made at the time of your purchase.
How is my print packaged?
All prints are made to order and are personally handled and inspected here in our Studio before mailing. Small and Medium prints are shipped flat with padding and protected on both sides. Large prints are carefully rolled and sealed in a tube.
Shop Policies – Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Can I return an original painting?
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any original art or paintings, framed or unframed.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Each print is made to order and we do not offer refunds. Please be sure to read the description of any print, image, and paper size information provided carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel my order, or exchange my print for a different one?
Unfortunately, all sales and orders are final. If you email us right away after making a purchase of the wrong print in error, we will do our best to exchange the print for one of equal value. However each print is quickly made to order, so once a print is shipped we cannot accommodate exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure to read the description of any print, image, and paper size information provided carefully before ordering. However if you are willing to pay for shipping, we will exchange one print for another of the same size/value.
What if I received a damaged print?
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong print please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong print and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There’s a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can’t find it, contact us at email@example.com to see if there’s anything else that can be done on our side. Ultimately we are not responsible for loss or theft of a delivery.
