Can I get my Canvas Only print without the white border?
The Canvas Only prints always come with a white border which makes stretching it possible and handling the print easier. The white border does not cost extra so if you prefer a borderless print it can simply be cut off by you or your custom framer.
Can I get my Canvas mounted without stretching?
No, however once you receive the Canvas Only print, it can be mounted flat on foam-core or a flat substrate by you or your custom framer. This can be done with or without the white border (usually without) this allows you to have a thin flat piece of artwork for a greater variety of framing options.
Do you release new prints?
Yes, we periodically release new prints a few times a year. Check the website and/or follow us on social media to see when they become available.

Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
With rising shipping costs we are doing our best to keep the price of shipping low. Although we can not offer free shipping, we do absorb a portion of the cost. When you check out you will see the price of shipping which is based on the final cost of your order.
Which shipping providers/couriers do you use?
We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
Each canvas print is made to order. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out within 5 business days of your order date and then shipping time is as follows:
USA – 3 to 15 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation. If for any reason you did not get a purchase confirmation, don’t worry, check your spam folder, and if it’s not there – email at info@strazzaartstudio with information about your order and we will confirm it with you.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier that you can use to track your shipment.
Please refer to the standard shipping timelines above. If you haven’t received your order within your destination’s timeline please contact us at info@strazzaartstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will help you track your shipment delay.
How is my print packaged?
All prints are made to order and are personally handled and inspected by our professional print team. Canvas only prints are carefully rolled and sealed in a tube, and sometimes they are double packaged in a triangular box for added durability. All stretched and framed canvases are shipped in a flat box.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup is available in Southport NC on original oil paintings only – email us prior to placing your purchase.
Shop Policies – Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for Art
Can I return an original painting?
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any original art or paintings, framed or unframed.
Can I return my print order for a refund?
Each print is made to order and we do not offer refunds. Please be sure to read the description of any canvas size, stretch, or framing option information provided carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel my order, or exchange my print for a different one?
Unfortunately, all sales and orders are final. If you email us right away after making a purchase of the wrong product in error, we will do our best to exchange it for one of equal value (for example if you ordered a white frame when you actually wanted black). However each canvas print is quickly made and stretched or framed to order, so once a print is in production we cannot accommodate exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure to read the description of any canvas size, stretch, or framing option information provided carefully before ordering.
What if I received a damaged print?
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong print please email us through the contact page with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong print, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There’s a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can’t find it, email us through the contact page to see if there’s anything else that can be done on our side. Ultimately we are not responsible for loss or theft of a delivery.
Refunds for Art Classes
We do not offer refunds for art classes (online or in person classes.) The classes we hold all require upfront expenses on our part, (rent for class rooms and other materials, and/or online hosting (etc.) expenses.) If there are unforeseen circumstances, let us know and will see what we can do to offer a partial refund.
